Hi, I'm Amber. I'm really glad you found your way here. Counseling is a place to set some of it down: to make sense of what you're feeling, work through what's been holding you back, and start feeling more like yourself again. We'll go at your pace, from wherever you're comfortable.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and I offer virtual counseling throughout Texas and in person appointments in Tyler, Texas for adults.
Together, we'll untangle what's keeping you stuck and build toward a life that feels more balanced. Using a goal-focused approach alongside holistic techniques, and we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you.
