Lazy 8 Breathing

There is an infinity symbol on my card. But, it’s also a lazy 8. Use my card anytime you need to stop and breathe.

Lazy 8 Breathing Technique

Note your current relaxation and feel the stress in your body.
With you finger trace one side of the loop breathing in as you go then as you follow the other loop breathe out. Try this about 3-4 times and note your new relaxation.
